1. The scent is not strong enough to cover my space. What should I do?
Setting a longer diffusion time and a shorter pausing time results in a stronger scent that is more suitable for larger spaces.
2. Why does my Scenta PLUG keep disconnecting from my phone?
SCENTA PLUG operates wirelessly using a Bluetooth (BT) connection. For your phone to connect and control the device, you must be within 20 feet of it. While connecting, the blue light remains on.
3. Will my Scenta PLUG run based on the set schedules when it is disconnected?
Even if your phone disconnects, this device will continue to follow its set schedule. If you need to make any changes to the settings, simply get within range of the device and update them via the app. You can customize schedules using the Sleekpoint App.
4. As soon as I plug in my Scenta PLUG for the first time, it starts operating and then stops for a while. What happens?
This device mists intermittently, diffusing for a set time and then pausing for a set time before repeating the cycle. During the pause, the WHITE LED light blinks (slowly fades in and out). The default (out of the box) schedule has a Diffusing Time of 15 seconds and a Pause Time of 15 seconds.
