It is time to clean the diffuser. Clean the diffuser according to instructions in the manual.

2. How come no mist is coming out while the mist indicator is blinking green?

The mist is pausing according to its mist intensity level. It will resume after a set amount of time.

3. Can I use my essential or fragrance oil with carrier oil?

Yes, you can. But do not mix your oil with water.

4. Why does the mist visibility varies when I use different oils?

The mist is less visible when thicker oil is used.

5. Why does the device turn off when it is tilted?

To prevent oil spills, the device features 45° Auto Spill-protection that activates when tilted.
